A Journey of Transformation

Meet Daphne, our esteemed Studio Director and owner, whose journey into the world of yoga began in 2000 during her service in the Army. It was there that she first experienced the transformative power of yoga, discovering a sanctuary for her mind and body amidst the rigors of military life. Initially drawn to the strength and intensity of power yoga, Daphne’s passion for the practice ignited a lifelong commitment to explore various yoga styles.
